KCBA is currently partnering with Bloomsburg University on an interior renovation project at this fitness, athletic, and activity center that serves students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Work entails a number of finishes, systems, and equipment upgrades to enhance operability and security in the 1990’s vintage building. Notable aspects include new divider curtains and replacement of the flooring in the gymnasium with a new rubber athletic surface striped for basketball, volleyball, and tennis as well as a perimeter jogging track. The main lobby desk is being reconfigured with a new gate sequence to funnel visitors to a check-in area as well as manage distribution of gym equipment. Miscellaneous mechanical equipment upgrades and new carpet in circulation areas are also being implemented.
