New Construction
Located on the site of a former lumberyard in the center of Ephrata Borough, this new 25,000 sq. ft. municipal building was part of an urban renewal initiative. Encompassing borough administration and police facilities, the building plan was organized to achieve optimal circulation and spatial functionality for the public, employees, and secure police operations.
