New Construction and Campus Reconfiguration
After a successful partnership that yielded the new Horsham Township Police Station in 2009, KCBA was again commissioned to work with this township to upgrade other elements of their municipal campus. Currently underway, this initiative encompasses the demolition and reconstruction of their administration building, exterior modernization of an existing community center, and improvements to the campus organization. The new 13,000 sq. ft. administration building features a contemporary new visual identity, a secure, centralized lobby, a welcoming council chamber for public meetings, and office space to accommodate current and projected future staff. Priorities for the reconfigured campus include improved vehicular and pedestrian circulation, new wayfinding measures, and the establishment of a town square between the administration, community center, and police station buildings.
