MICHAEL KELLY, AIA, ALEP, LEED AP
A designer and project architect since joining KCBA in 2006, Mike has played a central role in shaping many of the firm’s high-profile projects with a special focus on educational and religious initiatives. As Principal, he maintains a strong project portfolio while helping to lead KCBA’s strategic planning and business development efforts. Mike holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
JAMES CLOUGH, AIA
Jay oversees all aspects of KCBA’s day-to-day operations as well as acts as Principal-in-Charge for many of the firm’s projects. Since joining the firm in the early 1970’s, he has managed hundreds of successful projects of all types and gained a sweeping knowledge of the regional construction market. Jay holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
ERIC GIANELLE, AIA
As Principal, Eric’s primary responsibility is to ensure the firm maintains the highest level of service and responsiveness to every client. Having managed many large-scale projects since joining KCBA in 2002, he collaborates with our project management leadership to continually improve our core service offerings and quality control practices. Eric has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
FRED DISEROAD, RA
As a founding principal, Fred led KCBA through its formative years and helped shape all aspects of the firm’s operations and project management practices. Currently he maintains an active project portfolio specializing in the construction administration phase.
