A designer and project architect since joining KCBA in 2006, Mike has played a central role in shaping many of the firm’s high-profile projects with a special focus on religious and educational initiatives. As Principal of Project Development, Mike maintains a strong project portfolio while helping to lead KCBA’s strategic planning and business development efforts. The recipient of the 2011 AIA Philadelphia Young Architect of the Year Award, Mike holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
As Principal of Corporate Management, Jay oversees all aspects of KCBA’s day-to-day operations as well as acts as Principal-in-Charge for many of the firm’s projects. Since joining KCBA in 1974, he has managed hundreds of successful projects of all types and gained a sweeping knowledge of the regional construction market. Jay holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
A founding member of KCBA, Les has had diverse project management and business administration experiences. He currently serves as Principal of Financial Management where he oversees all fiscal operations and works closely with project managers to ensure they have the resources necessary to provide targeted and efficient services. Les studied architecture at Temple University.
As Principal of Project Management, Eric’s primary responsibility is to ensure the firm maintains the highest level of service and responsiveness to every client. Having managed many large-scale projects since joining KCBA in 2002, he collaborates with our project management leadership to continually improve our core service offerings and quality control practices. Eric holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
