KCBA Architects announces the addition of two new professional staff members:
William Deegan joins KCBA as a senior member of the design team with over 22 years of experience that has included stints at a number of prominent architectural firms. Bill brings tremendous design talent honed through a diverse range of projects including many in the higher education and corporate realms. Recent higher education clients include Albright College, Bryn Athyn College, and Elon University where he worked on academic, residential, administrative, and worship facilities. Earlier in his career, Bill worked closely with corporate clients such as Coca-Cola, E-Trade, and Arthur Anderson to develop design solutions highly customized to their workplace needs and organizational culture. Bill holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Michael Stauffer is a 2015 graduate of Marywood University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and joins KCBA as an active member of the United States Army Reserves. As an Intern Architect, Mike applies his skills on a variety of project support and coordination tasks such as existing building surveying and analysis, project design and documentation, and construction administration. During his college career and a prior professional internship, Mike developed a resume in urban planning and a range of residential, institutional, and higher education projects.
