KCBA provided architectural services to renovate this 3-story building to improve overall functionality and enhance the interior environment. Work included reconfiguration of the memory support wing including a new dining area, activity spaces, and lounge; renovation of the lobby; and new finishes on all floors. The building was fully occupied throughout the project so great care was taken to ensure the safety of residents and minimize disturbances from construction activities.
