KCBA has enjoyed a long-term association with the Living Branches organization which has yielded multiple major projects at each of their three senior living communities. Projects at The Willows include a building addition of 28-assisted living units and most recently a renovation initiative to modernize interior environments and better support evolving operational standards. The scope of the renovation included finish and building systems upgrades in common spaces such as the lobby, corridors, and lounge; conversion of a residential unit into a new game room; and reconfiguration, enlargement, and interior modernization of a series of assisted living apartments.
